Do you have a question about long-acting reversible contraception? Submit your questions online to the LARC Program Help Desk, our technical assistance response service!

Our service is open to both ACOG Fellows and non-members, and is free of charge. Questions will be answered in the order they are received. Urgent questions and those from ACOG members will be given priority.

In addition, the LARC Program Help Desk contains a Knowledge Base of resources that can be accessed and downloaded free of charge, including LARC Program materials, ACOG guidance on LARC, patient education materials, and billing and reimbursement resources.
